WFS, a member of the SATS Group, is a global air cargo logistics leader and best in class ground handling partner.
We offer services for Air Cargo, Ground Handling and specialist needs.
SATS-WFS has a strong presence across a combined network of over 215 locations and employs over 46 000 of the finest professionals all over the world.
Our organization is growing rapidly, which is why we are looking for a Commercial Contract Manager to manage our contracts and maintain relationships with our customers.
In this role, you are the main point of contact for our airlines when it comes to contracts and agreements. You know when contracts expire, which services have been agreed upon, and how these agreements are documented. Airlines approach you with questions about existing agreements, and internally colleagues rely on you whenever clarity is needed regarding contractual terms.
You will draft contracts (partly) using standard templates and review EMEA-wide agreements to assess their applicability to our Schiphol location. Negotiations largely take place via email and require careful coordination. You monitor the content, ensure that changes are correctly implemented, and maintain control over the progress.
This role requires accuracy and strong organizational skills. You monitor contract terms, ensure that agreements are followed, and regularly coordinate with operations regarding delivered services. Together with Finance, you ensure that invoicing aligns with the contractual agreements. You work in a structured way and clearly document information so that there is no ambiguity internally or externally. Because this is a relatively new role, you will have the opportunity to shape it largely yourself.
You will operate in an environment where multiple stakeholders are in contact with the same customer, including management and operations. This requires you to actively gather information, see connections, and be confident enough to safeguard your position. You ensure that agreements are not only made but also properly documented and complied with.
You will mainly work from the office due to the close collaboration with Operations, Finance, and Management. In addition, you will frequently work together with the commercial teams in the Netherlands and across EMEA.
