Warehouse Foreman

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Warehouse Foreman who ensures that operational processes run smoothly during each shift.

In this role, you actively work on the floor while leading and supporting colleagues and temporary staff. You ensure a smooth handling of incoming and outgoing cargo and maintain oversight of all warehouse activities.

You coordinate operational tasks such as build-up, breakdown, loading, and unloading, and monitor progress throughout the shift. You ensure clear handovers between shifts and act as a point of contact for other departments and external parties such as customs.

You identify bottlenecks in processes and actively contribute ideas for improvement. At the same time, you ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized working environment and motivate the team to achieve shared goals.

You are present on the work floor and know how to guide, support, and address colleagues effectively when needed.

• Good command of Dutch and English
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift schedule, including weekends
