Opportunity in our growing Corporate Ground Handling team based in Spain providing service to EMEA region: we are looking for a junior professional to be part of the development of a business line within a big multinational group. A position to develop its professional capabilities in several areas in a dynamic sector like airport ground operations. To be part of a highly dynamic and motivated team. To work as an internal consultant.

Location: on-site at our headquarters at Barcelona Airport (or in our headquarters at Madrid airport).

MAIN FUNCTIONS TO BE PERFORMED – RESPONSIBILITIES:

As part of the Ground Handling EMEA department she/he will have to

• Support current operations management in areas such as operational performance, operational IT tools, ground support equipment, productivity, financial performance and training.
• Support new operations settlement in current stations from our cargo subsidiaries.
• Participating in new businesses achievement within the region.
• Direct involvement in people planning tasks in some of the current business units.
• Working as an internal consultant to be responsible for the execution and supervision of different projects.

REQUIREMENTS – DESIRED PROFILE & SKILLS:

• Professional with high analytical skills, able to adapt to a highly dynamic atmosphere with multitasking capabilities.
• Willing to develop a career in an international environment in a business unit in a development path.
• University degree preferable, but not only, on Aeronautical Engineering or Airport Management
• Fluent in English
• Any experience on the ground handling business will be appreciated
• Availability of traveling
• Driving license
• Team working and people oriented
• Capable to adapt to intercultural teams
• Hands on oriented. PROACTIVITY AND AUTONOMY.
• Responsibility and ownership.
• MULTITASKING. Capacity to attend different matters at the same time.
• Effective communication. PERSUASION, CAPACITY TO INFLUENCE OTHERS AND DIFFERENT STAKEHOLDERS.
