• Supervise and coordinate the activities of office export billing, import billing, documentation, and cargo flight finalization.
• Coordinate with accounts to ensure timely monthly billing closure and resolution of queries.
• Liaise with IT/Kale teams for operational system issues, ensuring follow-up until closure.
• Monitor and control all activities within the Cargo Terminal on a shift basis, ensuring compliance with airline and regulatory requirements.
• Support office management activities including stationery control, admin documentation (BCAS, BOS, leave forms), and timely submission to admin/HR.
• Maintain and update staff records, attendance, rosters, and overtime reports, ensuring accuracy for HR and payroll coordination.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring business systems — including reporting formats, operational dashboards, and monthly performance surveys for customer airlines.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and system-related reports for management review.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Cargo Managers, Duty Managers, HR, Accounts, IT) to ensure smooth workflow and discipline across teams.
• Monitor and guide staff in using business systems effectively for cargo acceptance, documentation, and billing processes.
• Provide guidance to team members on policies, performance standards, and compliance procedures.
• Support management in audits, customer communications, and office/cargo meetings by preparing minutes and maintaining official files.
• Responsible for maintaining service quality, safety, and security standards, acting as the point of contact for customers and airlines in the absence of Duty Manager.
• Cascading operational information to the frontline personnel for acknowledgement and implementation.
Required Qualification
• Education – Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
• Experience - Minimum 2 years of work experience in Air Cargo Operations / Freight Handling and warehousing
