Senior Associate Continuous Improvement
- Implement process improvement principles and tools (KPIs, dashboards, automation) in collaboration with the Operational Excellence team.
- Conduct regular process control and monitoring audits to ensure compliance with Group Standards and regulatory requirements.
- Work with local operations and management teams to identify improvement opportunities, training needs, and suitable enablers.
- Propose and implement process adjustments (e.g., automation, digital tools, layout optimization) for higher efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Streamline cargo handling processes to meet customer service levels, airline requirements, and internal SLAs.
- Support management in developing new service offerings by building robust and scalable processes.
- Share best practices with the wider Operational Excellence community.
- Develop, update, and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training guides.
- Provide training, coaching, and guidance to staff to ensure adoption of improved processes.
- Analyze operational issues and troubleshoot bottlenecks to drive sustainable improvements.
- Anticipate changes in warehouse/terminal layouts and coordinate with the Operational Excellence team for standard application.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Safety & Security, HR, IT, Customer Service) to deliver CI projects successfully.
