Key Responsibilities
End-User Support & Service Delivery
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, mobile device and application issues.
- Manage service tickets in line with agreed priorities and service levels.
- Act as the primary local point of contact for critical IT incidents.
- Deliver clear, timely and professional communication to users at all levels.
Microsoft 365 & Digital Workplace
- Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
- Assist with Entra ID identity and access management activities.
- Support onboarding, offboarding and access provisioning processes.
- Maintain and support collaboration and productivity tools.
Infrastructure & Operations
- Support local LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi, printers, scanners, VoIP and meeting room technology.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and managed service providers for operational support.
- Ensure local IT services remain stable, secure and aligned with business requirements.
Endpoint & Device Management
- Deploy, configure and maintain Windows 11 laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
- Support device lifecycle activities including preparation, deployment, replacement and disposal.
- Maintain endpoint standards and support compliance through modern device management tools.
Security & Compliance
- Support corporate cybersecurity initiatives and local policy compliance.
- Assist with MFA, Conditional Access, identity controls and endpoint security practices.
- Support vulnerability remediation, audits, backup, recovery and business continuity activities.
Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in local and regional technology deployments, migrations and modernization initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve IT service quality and user experience.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures and knowledge articles.
- Collaborate with regional and global IT teams on standardization and best practice adoption.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor degree, associate degree or equivalent professional experience in Information Technology or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT Support Engineer, IT Administrator, Service Desk or similar role.
Environment: Experience supporting enterprise environments, external vendors and multinational or multi-site operations is preferred.
