WFS BRUCARGO HAS A VACANCY FOR A CUSTOMS & TRACING AGENT

Tasks:

• Responding to customs letters, checking messages and documents as well as following up on feedback from customs
• Enter all tracing data correctly in the computer system (Cargo Spot) and follow it up in accordance with customs.
• Keeping data in CSP as 'clean' as possible Follow-up of ECS 2 messaging / implementation of ICS 2.
• Follow up on outstanding customs documents and ensure closure
• Assist tracing by monitoring and maintaining the inventory of import/export goods stored in the warehouse daily in order to follow up immediately if there are irregularities and anticipate possible error messages by the customer.
• Detect, check and follow up on airway bills without deliveries.
• Check and file manifests import regarding open tracing files.
• Provide operational support when needed

Profile:

• Good knowledge of Dutch and English, knowledge of French is a plus.
• You can work independently.
• You have a driving license B.
• Experience in customs and tracing is a must.
