Mission

The mission and purpose of this role is to oversee the entire finance organization within cargo and ground operations to drive profitability, growth, and financial compliance across the business

KPI’s

• Operating margin and EBITDA for cargo/ground services
• Forecast accuracy vs. budget / variance analysis
• Revenue recognition timeliness and accuracy
• AR aging and cash conversion cycle metrics

Main responsibilities

• Strategic finance business partnering to support commercial and operations leadership
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and business planning cycles Implement KPI frameworks across cargo/ground-handling segments
• Own revenue accounting, receivables, and financial risk management
• Build and coach finance teams; ensure strong internal controls

Profile

• Strong knowledge of IFRS or applicable GAAP standards, including revenue accounting practices.
• Advanced financial modelling capabilities and proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Hyperion, Excel, etc.).
• Experience with aviation or ground‑handling systems and revenue cycles is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership, cross‑functional influence, and change‑management capabilities.
• Good knowledge of English, French and Dutch

Technical Skills
