Mission

The mission and purpose of this position is to control and allocate transport resources in real time for optimal flow of cargo and staff movement.

KPI’s

• Response time to service requests
• Asset utilization rate
• Communication error rate
• Compliance with schedule

Main responsibilities

• Assign vehicles and drivers to jobs and adapt allocations when required to maintain SLA
• Monitor GPS/dispatch software
• Communicate service changes and delays to customers, third party providers and internal stakeholders
• Maintain daily logs (Daily report, Incident logs, Customer feedback, T&A, Service logs
• Report any on field incidents and accidents to the Transport Supervisor and enter the SMS when requested

Profile

• Experience in Warehouse, Transport or Logistics (preferably in air freight) is a plus
• Good oral and written knowledge of one of the national languages (Dutch/French) and good knowledge of the second national language.
• Basis knowledge of English
• In possession of a driving license B
• Being able to drive a forklift
• Good physical condition

• Dispatch platforms (e.g., TranSoft, GSEtrack)
