Missions and responsibilities:
- Administration
- Day-to-day admin of O365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) for EMEA.
- Configuration and management of convention, templates user accounts, groups, and permissions.
- Support
- Serve as Level 2/3 support for O365 issues in EMEA.
- Train local IT support and end-users when needed.
- Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor service health dashboards and security center.
- Produce regular reports on usage, security, incidents, and adoption.
- Project Participation
- Support O365-related projects for all EMEA project (e.g. migration, integration, tenant-to-tenant changes).
- Provide local/regional insight into planning and execution.
- Documentation
- Maintain documentation for O365 configurations, policies, procedures, and troubleshooting, aligned with the group.
- Vendor & License Management
- Interface with Microsoft or licensing providers for EMEA-related issues.
- Manage license assignments, renewals, and adjustments in alignment with the governance group and business needs.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Microsoft certifications preferred.

Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in M365 environments.

Experience in multinational or multi-regional organizations is a strong plus.
Technical Skills

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools and scripting.

Understanding of hybrid cloud/on-prem integration environments.
