WFS EMEAA is actively seeking an administrator for its new Human Resources Information System based on Success Factors (“My HR Portal”), to manage day to day activities in relations with end users and WFS EMEAA integration to ensure many different aspects of the system are running without error.

This includes proper day-to-day management of the system and the processes it supports, as well as keeping the system optimized to enable users to get the best out of the system. These activities can vary from simple activities like adding value in picklist, import data to more complex activities like establishing a roadmap for enhancements or rolling out new features in collaboration with the product management team

Scope: Core HR; Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation, Succession plan and LMS modules

MISSIONS 

 

Tactical Activities

  • Tactical activities are those that are operational in nature and enable continued operation of the system and processes. These include such activities as:
  • Adding or updating employee announcements on the Home Page or in Work Zone
  • Managing workflows issues
  • Managing proxy access, Role Based Permissions
  • Launching new annual campaigns, such as performance forms or compensation planning
  • Creating new reports and dashboards, or modifying existing ones
  • Purging data for data privacy and compliance reasons, such as GDPR compliance
  • Making configuration changes, such as adding new fields or adjusting business rules and analysis of the impacts before doing any action (payroll interface impacts for instance)
  • Creating or importing data

 

Strategic Activities

  • Establishing a roadmap for enhancements, new rollouts, and/or new features
  • Defining the instance synchronization strategy; for example, when to synch which instance with which one
  • Reviewing the integrations landscape, integrations performance, and new opportunities to automate the flow of information to and from SAP SuccessFactors
  • Defining a testing protocol for critical processes
  • Setting user adoption goals and managing adoption campaigns
  • Conducting Train-the-Trainer or Train-the-User programs
  • Managing biannual releases, including assessing impact on universal changes and implementing opt-in/opt-out changes justified by a business case

 

PROFIL

 

  • Strong communication skills to effectively and proactively communicate across various functional teams
  • Strong problem solving, communicating and troubleshooting skills
  • A decision maker and team player with experience working with small teams and external partners
  • Work both independently or in a team-oriented, collaborative environment depending on the project requirements
  • Very strong English language skills and social skills to engage with senior operations managers.
  • 6-8 years’ experience in business process modelling and applying standards such as BPMN or UML.
  • Visio, Enterprise Architect or any other modelling tools desirable.
  • Conducting market research into different applications supporting the target processes.
  • Eliciting and documenting user and business requirements.
  • Conducting and documenting gap analyses.
  • Designing and coordinating software/ technology trials and proofs of concept.
  • SDLC experience with special focus on:
    • Functional Design. Non-functional design would be positively assessed too.
    • Quality Management in software development.
  • Managing different vendors and leading tender processes.
  • Deploying successful Support and Maintenance models.
